1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak3 ("pak3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pak3.vip. These Terms apply to all use of the pak3 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, customer support channels, and any other service or feature offered by pak3, whether currently available or introduced in the future.

By accessing the pak3 website, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full — along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on pak3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak3 enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether on pak3 or through any third-party responsible gaming register — that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be accessing pak3 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before playing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of pak3 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on pak3, you are required to register a player account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your residential address, a valid contact number, and a unique email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

pak3 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. As part of this programme, pak3 may at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity — request that you submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear, unobstructed copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your pak3 account (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered mobile number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds set by pak3's compliance team.

Your account will remain in a restricted state — able to browse but not to deposit, wager, or withdraw — until KYC verification is completed to pak3's satisfaction. pak3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one (1) account on pak3. Opening a second account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. pak3 uses automated duplicate detection tools. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any open bets will be voided, and any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

pak3 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by pak3; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside pak3's control.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit, though pak3's compliance team may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payments.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pak3 balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours during banking days.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. pak3 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your own name will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("return-to-source" policy).
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes. HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours.
• pak3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size or frequency, or that triggers internal risk-management thresholds.
• Withdrawals of active bonus funds are not permitted. Bonus funds must be converted to real funds through fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pak3 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket season specials, and refer-a-friend programmes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the pak3 Bonus page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pak3 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute less), and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account automatically.
• pak3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the promotion is being abused or that exceptional circumstances require it.
• Where pak3 determines that a player has exploited or abused a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of low-margin games — pak3 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, recover bonus amounts from the real-money balance, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak3 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other wagering product — are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or market interface.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the pak3 system. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is received, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may vary by game type, account tier, and promotion status.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion of the minimum play required for settlement, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless pak3's specific sports rules state otherwise.
• For cricket betting specifically, pak3 follows Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method outcomes for rain-affected matches and will settle bets accordingly.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure — pak3 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, even if the error was not immediately apparent at the time of betting.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account balance immediately upon completion of the game round. Sports betting winnings are credited following official settlement of the market.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak3 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: using pak3 for any transaction that is intended to disguise, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: initiating payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been received and used on pak3.
• Collusion: cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament game.
• Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play.
• Automated play: using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to interact with games or markets on pak3.
• Hacking or interference: attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the pak3 platform, its servers, or its game engines.
• Unlawful third-party use: allowing or facilitating a third party to use your pak3 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.

8Responsible Gaming

pak3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. Our responsible gaming framework includes a range of tools and safeguards available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling period.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the pak3 platform — including but not limited to the pak3 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pak3 content without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract game data, odds data, or any other content from pak3 using automated tools.
• Use the pak3 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any public-facing communication without prior written authorisation from pak3.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the pak3 platform within another website or application.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak3, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pak3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to technical failure or cyber-attack.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses during games, interrupted sessions, or bets placed in error.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on pak3, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
• Service interruptions, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or connectivity issues arising from your internet service provider or mobile network operator.
• Any loss arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Where pak3's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak3 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

pak3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak3 will use your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in). pak3 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12Amendments to Terms

pak3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pak3 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak3 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the pak3 platform shall first be submitted to pak3's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, you must:
